Dr. Zargar received her undergraduate degree from the University of Waterloo in 2002 and then went on to earn her Doctor of Optometry degree from Indiana University in 2006. Upon graduation, Dr. Zargar trained at a variety of medical centres in West Virginia and Indiana, as well as at the Vision Institute of Canada, a non-profit organization that offers specialized optometric services to the public, as well as continuing education courses to optometrists.
Dr. Zargar is a proud member of the College of Optometrist of Ontario, the Ontario Association of Optometrists, and has served as president on the board of the Vision Institute of Canada. She has also volunteered as an Assessor for Canadian Examiners in Optometry.
Dr. Zargar is pleased to offer full-scope optometric care for patients of all ages, but she has a keen interest in pediatric optometry. To help provide the best vision care for her smallest patients, Dr. Zargar is an authorized prescriber of MiSight one-day disposable contact lenses for children. She also offers LASIK co-management services and contact lens fittings.

Dr. Tiffany Khoo obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from Queen’s University. She went on to receive her Doctorate in Optometry from MCPHS University, School of Optometry and completed a residency program in Low Vision Rehabilitation and Ocular Disease at the University of California – Berkeley, School of Optometry. Dr. Khoo is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry (FAAO).
Throughout her studies, Dr. Khoo was involved in providing care at ocular health screenings with local churches and elementary schools. She also participated in eye care mission trips to San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua with VOSH and San Jose del Negrito, Honduras (partnered with Shoulders to Shoulders – Pittsburgh). During her residency, Dr. Khoo was involved in clinical research projects and teaching students in clinic. She has presented at the American Academy of Optometry and American Optometric Association meetings. Dr. Khoo also presented continuing educational courses at UC Berkeley, the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center, and the Palo Alto Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
Dr. Khoo is accepting new patients and enjoys providing care to patients of all ages!
Dr. Hei In (Cynthia) Tang received her Bachelor of Science degree from University of Waterloo, followed by a Doctorate of Optometry degree at Salus University, Pennsylvania College of Optometry. She then completed a residency program in Primary Care & Ocular Disease at Salus University.
Dr. Tang has a special interest in pediatric optometry and completed a pediatrics rotation during her studies. She has taken leadership roles in educating and supervising optometry students in school screenings and clinical settings during her training in residency. Since completing her residency program, Dr. Tang has been practicing as an independent optometrist with main focus on comprehensive eye care, ocular disease, and emergency eye care.
Dr. Tang is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. She is currently accepting new patients and is pleased to offer full scope optometric eyecare to patients of all ages.
